Radio Share is the community side of the Snow in-game radio. It is not a fake local label. When Share is on and both the Snowscape client and dedi radio packs are applied, players can ride the same station together — host picks, followers follow.

Why Share matters
- Party vibe — boss together on Halloween Hits or Christmas Power without everyone guessing URLs.
- Real DJ feel — host changes station; listeners retune to that station index.
- Honest rooms — (N) counts come from the server for people actually on that station. No padded numbers.
How a Share session feels
- Open radio with
::radio/::dj(tab 7). - Click Share. First sharer becomes host — UI shows Hosting YOURNAME once server live.
- Friends click Share → Listening HOSTNAME and retune to the host station.
- Host flips stations → followers follow.
- Hit Solo (or stop) to leave the room. Counts drop. Someone else can host.
Solo still exists
Want headphones-only grind music? Stay on Solo. Share is opt-in. Volume stays local either way — turning Share on does not steal your volume control, and volume changes do not burn the station-change cooldown.
What you need
Share sync needs the updated Snowscape client and the dedi radio room pack. If you have not updated yet, open /play/, grab the current client, and relaunch. Until both sides are live, treat Share as rolling out — Solo stations still play fine.
Seasonal defaults still apply in Share rooms: Halloween Hits lane through Oct 31, Christmas / 181 Xmas Power preference from Nov 1. See in-game radio.
Host succession and leaving
If the host Solos or logs out, the room should hand off or clear cleanly on the dedi — followers are not stuck on a ghost host. You can always Solo and start a fresh Share. Listener (N) on each station only counts people actually tuned there.
