A custom RSPS is a RuneScape private server that adds its own content on top of the game: new items, new bosses, new areas and its own reward systems. SnowRSPS (formerly Dreamscape317) is a free custom 317 RSPS that has been online since 2012.
What is custom on SnowRSPS

Free to play
SnowRSPS is free to play. There is an optional store for players who want to support the server, but you can play without paying.
