01. Master Infrastructure Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and the SnowRSPS Administration & Development Entity. By authenticating a connection to our network, downloading our proprietary client software, or engaging with our digital web properties, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to all stipulations detailed herein.

02. Account Architecture & Authorization

Your digital identity within the SnowRSPS virtual ecosystem is provisioned as a revocable license. At no point do you retain ownership of the account, its underlying data, or generated virtual assets.

• Credential Integrity: Users are strictly prohibited from distributing, leasing, or selling authentication tokens (usernames/passwords).
• Hardware Verification: SnowRSPS utilizes advanced server-side hardware serialization and MAC tracking. Bypassing or spoofing client identifiers constitutes a direct breach of network security.
• Cross-Platform Access: Whether accessing the network via our PC infrastructure or authorized mobile/APK clients, security telemetry remains actively enforced.

03. Virtual Economy & Network Funding

The operational overhead for dedicated enterprise hosting, anti-DDoS mitigation, and continuous development is supported via voluntary network contributions. By processing a transaction through the SnowRSPS gateway, you agree to the following financial protocols:

• Non-Refundable Ledger: All fiat currency contributions are finalized upon processing. Any initiation of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal via your financial institution will trigger an immediate, permanent hardware and IP ban across all SnowRSPS and affiliated Rust/RuneScape network nodes.
• Asset Volatility: Virtual commodities possess zero real-world fiat value. The administration reserves the right to modify, balance, wipe, or terminate virtual assets during seasonal resets or balance patches without prior notification or compensation.

04. Autonomous Anti-Cheat & Telemetry

To preserve the competitive integrity of the SnowRSPS environment, our infrastructure is monitored by deep-packet inspection and heuristic behavioral analysis.

• Unauthorized Injectors: The deployment of autonomous AI agents, reflection/injection clients, or unauthorized macro scripts is strictly forbidden.
• Exploitation Protocols: Identifying a vulnerability within the server logic or web database and failing to report it via the official Discord ticketing system will result in catastrophic account termination.

05. Data Privacy & Telemetry Compliance

SnowRSPS respects your digital footprint. We collect minimal telemetry data required to facilitate game server connections, process transactions securely, and enforce network bans. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. For account deletion requests (Right to be Forgotten), please contact the administration via our authorized secure channels.

06. System Termination & Liability

SnowRSPS is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or immunity from data loss. The SnowRSPS administration reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify your access to the server at any given time, with or without cause or prior notice.
